If you are caring for a parent, child, or loved one with an illness/injury/disability or have a job in which you care for others, this class is an opportunity to alleviate the stress that can occur with prolonged caregiving.
Certified Meditation Teacher and caregiver stress relief expert Tobi Stewart will guide you in replenishing practices such as intentional relaxation, present moment awareness meditation, and gratitude. Come learn how to embrace self-care and rejuvenate your spirit. No prior meditation experience is necessary. Beginners encouraged.
