The Greater East Aurora Chamber of Commerce holds a variety of events throughout the year to promote the community and local businesses.

Not only do these events draw in tens of thousands of people from outside of the area, but they also provide a great marketing opportunity for local businesses through event sponsorships. We offer several different levels of sponsorship depending on the event.

Chamber’s Choice Awards

This event recognizes the achievements of high school students from East Aurora, Holland, Iroquois, and Ormsby Educational Center and is attended by more than 200 business owners, educators, parents and students.

There are two sponsorship levels available for this event:

  • Head of the Class Sponsor (1) – $1,000
  • Supporting Sponsor (39) – $155

Street Festival & Sidewalk Sale

This one-day event is held on the last Saturday in July. It draws more than 10,000 visitors each year and showcases area vendors, crafters, merchants and businesses in a fun, family atmosphere. A portion of Historic Main Street is closed for this event for entertainment and activities.

There are two levels of sponsorship available for this event:

  • Title Sponsor – $2,000
  • Supporting Sponsor – $500

Operation Kids

This event coincides with the Street Festival & Sidewalk Sale. It provides an educational opportunity for young entrepreneurs ages 6 to 15 to operate their own business during the festival. Children are given a special section of the Street Festival just for them.

An informational training session is held prior to the event to help them prepare and answer any questions our future business leaders may have regarding entrepreneurship and business. All child participants will receive an Operation Kids t-shirt, name badges, and a start-up kit.

There are two sponsorship levels available for this event:

  • Title Sponsor – $1,000
  • Supporting Sponsor – $500

Taste of East Aurora

This one-day event features local cuisine and supports local tourism and business by drawing more than 12,000 people into the village. It is held on a closed section of Historic Main Street between Olean and Elm streets.

There are three sponsorship levels available for this event:

  • Title Sponsor (1) – $2,000
  • Presenting Sponsor – $1,000
  • Supporting Sponsor – $500

Annual Business Recognition Awards

This evening event recognizes local business achievements, community contributions, and Chamber Hall of Fame inductees. It is attended by more than 150 local business and community leaders.
