You have the ability to mix and match medical options for your employees. The Chamber Staff working with Bene-Care Agency is your liaison between you and the insurance company. There is an administrative fee of $9.00 per subscriber, per month.

New Chamber members and their full-time employees may be eligible for insurance within the first 30 days as a new member. New hires are entitled also within the first 30 days of employment, otherwise our open enrollment takes place in the Fall with effective dates of January 1.
